Our Founder: Dr. Folake Pepple
The heart and soul of Ewà Medical Aesthetics is our founder, Dr. Folake Pepple. Born in London and raised in Nigeria's Uroba tribe, Dr. Pepple's journey to aesthetic medicine is deeply personal. Her struggles with acne in her youth sparked a passion for skincare and the science behind it, leading her to pursue a career in medicine across three continents.
Dr. Folake Pepple

Dr. Pepple is a family physician with expertise in dermatology and aesthetics. She is a clinical trainer for the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine.
She is an experienced advanced injector with over 10 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. It is her passion to help patients achieve healthy, youthful skin and help people feel more confident about themselves as they age. Her main objective is to ensure her patients receive the highest standard of care during their treatments.
She loves learning and continually improves her skills and technique by attending courses regularly. She has received extensive training on Botox, Fillers, and other aesthetic treatments both within Canada and internationally. Dr. Pepple has trained with Dr. Arthur Swift and recently attended the aesthetic intelligence fellowship with Dr. Ayad Harb, where she received additional training on non-surgical rhinoplasty.
Dr. Pepple has been practicing medicine since 1998 and completed her residency program in family medicine in the UK. In 2018, she was awarded the Diploma in Practical Dermatology with Distinction at Queen Mary University in London, UK. Dr. Pepple maintains good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta and the College of Family Physicians of Canada. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine and the Primary Care Society of Dermatology Canada.

Dr. Ola Ojoye

Ola is a family physician with over a decade of experience specializing in comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families.
As a dedicated medical practitioner, I have cultivated a special interest in aesthetic medicine, which I am excited to integrate alongside my primary medical practice. Aesthetic medicine is gaining remarkable popularity today due to its profound impact on individual well-being and self-perception.
Incorporating esthetic medicine into my practice allows me to address a broader spectrum of patient needs. Whether it’s through minimally invasive procedures like Botox, dermal fillers, or advanced skin treatments, my goal is to provide comprehensive care that boosts my patients' confidence and supports their mental health.
Dr. Efe Iyasele

Dr. Efe is a physician who practices a full scope of family medicine practice. She has worked as a physician for about 20 years in Nigeria, Saskatchewan, and Alberta.
She is trained with the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine and Empire Medical Group. She is ready to start her aesthetic practice at Ewà Medical Aesthetics alongside her family medicine practice at Silverado Medical Clinic.
She is very excited about working with patients to meet their goals of improving beauty by looking good, radiant, youthful, and confident. She currently offers Botox injections and dermal fillers and looks forward to adding more treatments as her practice grows.
Abbie Deyholos
Medical Aesthetician
Passionate about her craft, Abbie is thrilled to bring her expertise to Ewà Medical Aesthetics.
Starting her career in 2017 at an esteemed clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, Abbie honed her skills by performing a range of Medical-Grade, Gold Standard procedures. Combining her in-depth knowledge of skincare with advanced techniques, she delivers exceptional results for her clients. Her dedication to staying abreast of the latest advancements and techniques in the industry ensures that she consistently delivers cutting-edge treatments and stays ahead of industry trends. Abbie's approach to aesthetics is centered around providing a personalized experience for each client.
She believes in taking the time to understand their unique needs and desires, enabling her to craft customized treatment plans that yield optimal results. Manpreet Grewal

Manpreet has been a part of the Ewà Medical Aesthetics team since September 2021. With a diploma in Clinical Aesthetics and over 15 years of experience, she is an essential asset to this Team.
Her patient-centered approach allows her to build strong relationships and ensure that every treatment is tailored to individual needs. She is also passionate about continuing education, constantly seeking to refine her skills and stay updated with the latest industry advancements.
Outside of the clinic, her love for nature is reflected in her gardening, and her dedication to health and fitness shines through her regular running routine. Manpreet finds joy in balancing her career with quality time spent with her family.
Iryna Karpenko
Medical Aesthetician
With over 15 years of experience in medical aesthetics, Iryna specializes in laser treatments, facials, and microneedling. Holding a background in nursing and biochemistry, Iryna combines medical expertise with cutting-edge skincare techniques.
Having worked in Europe and Canada Iryna utilizes advanced technologies to provide personalized solutions for each client.
Her philosophy is based on a careful approach to each patient's needs, creating personalized care plans to achieve optimal results. With a gentle touch and meticulous technique, Iryna ensures that every procedure is performed with the utmost care, prioritizing both the client's comfort and exceptional results.
Quennie Wanklin
Receptionist
Quennie Wanklin received a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2000 and a Diploma in Business Management and Payroll in 2024. Her mom owned a beauty salon in the Philippines, so she was exposed to beauty products at a young age. She has been using ZO products since her 20s, and her favorite is the ZO Growth Factor Serum. She loves microneedling/Fractora to hide her age.
Jezeel Mendoza
Receptionist
Jezeel brings 8 years of experience in the customer service industry, working in both front desk roles and as a social media manager. As an office admin graduate, she helps keep the client operations organized. Initially drawn to Korean beauty, Jezeel has since shifted her focus to medical-grade skincare. She is trained in ZO and Jane Iredale products and stays updated on the latest technologies in aesthetics. Her love for facials and laser treatments reflects her commitment to enhancing beauty and well-being.
